Pasta that has been fried (after boiling) can add a crunchy texture to many recipes. Try briefly frying (about1 ½ minutes) cooked elbow macaroni and toss it with curry powder (or Cajun seasoning) to create an unusual snack. Deep fry ravioli before topping it with sauce. Cooked lasagna noodles can be cut into shapes and used as a garnish for desserts (mousse, puddings, fruit desserts).

Wow Marilynn!
This is a neat idea! Never thought of or heard of fried pasta. Makes sense for a good snack, though! Thanks a bunch!!!!!!!
