Fettuccine Al Fresco from Campbell's Kitchen
Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 cup diced cooked ham (optional) 1 medium onion, chopped 1/8 tsp. garlic powder OR 1 clove garlic, minced 1 jar (28 oz.) Prego(R) Pasta Sauce with Fresh Mushrooms (3 cups) 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley OR 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes 6 cups hot cooked fettuccine OR spaghetti Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
HEAT oil in saucepan. Add ham, onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender. ADD pasta sauce and parsley. Heat through. Serve over fettuccine. Serve with cheese. Serves 4.
