Chicken Breast Strips w/ Tortellini Alfredo Sauce 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated tortellini w/ 3 cheese 3 tbl olive oil 4 - 6 tbl. butter 1 clove garlic, chopped 2 tbl. white wine - to taste 1 container refrigerated alfredo sauce 4 chopped green onions 2 chopped roma tomatoes 8 chicken breast strips Heal oil and butter in large skillet. Add garlic and saute' for 1 minute. Flour chicken strips and add to skillet. Brown on both sides. Meanwhile cook tortellini according to package; drain and keep warm. Remove chicken strips and keep warm. Add onions, tomatoes and wine to skillet and saute' 2 minutes. Add tortellini and alfredo sauce. Stir well. Add cooked chicken strips, cover and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes, to allow sauce to penetrate chicken and wine to cook down. Serves 4 *I made this last night and my husband said it was very good! It is rich though.
