Quick Fettuccine Alfredo Ingredients: 8 ounces wide egg noodles 1 stick of butter 1/2 cup whipping cream 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp. salt dash pepper 2-3 tsp. of fresh minced parsley Cook the noodles as directed, while preparing the other ingredients. Heat the butter and whipping cream in a saucepan over low heat until the butter is melted. Stir in the cheese, salt, and pepper. Drain the noodles; toss with the sauce until coated. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Makes 6 servings.
