Lemon Herbed Pasta Prep: 5 min, Cook: 15 min. 3/4 lb. rotini or other spiral pasta 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tsp. unsalted butter 1 tsp. basil, or 3 Tbs. fresh, chopped 1 tsp. lemon zest 2 tsp. lemon juice Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain pasta, reserving 2 Tbs. cooking liquid. Toss with remaining ingredients, salt and pepper to taste and reserved cooking liquid.
