Creamy Basil & Tomato Pasta
2 lbs. tomatoes, chopped (about 3 c.) 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream cheese, cubed 1/4 c. Kraft special collection sun dried tomato vinaigrette dressing 1/2 c. chopped fresh basil 1 pkg. (16 oz.) linguine 1/2 c. pine nuts, toasted
Toss tomatoes with cream cheese and dressing; cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cook pasta as directed on pkg; drain. Place in lg. bowl. Add tomato mixture and pine nuts; toss lightly. Makes 8 servings, 1 c. each.
