A sweet and savory mixture of ham, pineapple and cheese served on a warm croissant.
Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 10 Minutes Ready In: 15 Minutes Makes: 5 servings
Ingredients 1 pound thinly sliced cooked ham 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple 5 slices provolone cheese 5 large plain croissants
Directions 1. Combine ham and pineapple in skillet. Saute over medium heat until most of the pineapple juice has cooked off. Separate mixture into 5 sections in skillet and place one slice of cheese on top of each; cook until cheese melts. Serve on top of warm croissants.
