For 4 Servings:
5 ounces crabmeat or imitation crabmeat 3/4 cup mayonnaise 2 celery stalks, chopped 3 Tbs. chives or scallions (optional), finely chopped 4 submarine rolls, or hoagie rolls, cut in half 4 lettuce leaves Toss first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Divide between rolls and top with lettuce.
