1 cup ground, cooked ham 1/3 cup chopped sweet pickles 1/3 cup sliced black olives 1 tablespoon minced parsley 1 tablespoon minced onion 2 teaspoons light brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard Salt and Pepper to taste Mayonnaise 4 slices bread Lettuce 1 medium tomato, sliced
In a medium bowl, blend together the cooked ham, pickles, olives, parsley and onion. Add the brown sugar and dry mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spread mayonnaise on slices of bread. Top with crisp lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Spread an even layer of the ham mixture over the bread. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
