Pita pocket Your favorite tuna salad Cucumber, sliced thin Tomato, sliced thin Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 or 2 leaves of lettuce
Warm the pita pocket in a microwave for about 30 seconds and cut in half across. Now layer the ingredients inside each half. I also include a salad, such as macaroni, or potato, and a few cookies to take care of his sweet tooth!
This is very simple and the pita pocket half will fit into a zipper-lock sandwich bag with room to spare!
