Crockpot Beef Tips and Mushroom gravy
servings 10 points per serving 7 points
Ingredients
1 1/2 pound Lean Beef (may use lean steak or LEAN cubed beef. 2 cups Campbell's Cream of Mushroom and Roasted Garlic Soup 1 large onion (chopped or cubed) 1 cup all purpose flour 12 oz no yolk egg noodles
Instructions
1) Cube the lean beef (or you may cut into stips or used the already cubed LEAN stew beef. 2) Roll the beef in flour until well covered. 3) Spray the bottle of a large pan with PAM cooking spray. 4) Brown the beef in the pot, just until lightly browned. 5) In crockpot, place the 2 cups of Campbells Mushroom and Roast Garlic Soup, diluted with one can of water 6) Place the cut up onions in the crockpot. 7) Place the browned beef over the soup and onion in the crockpot. 8) Cook on low heat in the crockpot for 8-10 hours. 9) Prepare the NO yolk noodles according to package direction right before mealtime. 10) Measure the amount of noodles and top with beef mixture. ;D
