Bacon Egg Salad Sandwiches
3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped 3 TB Miracle Whip salad dressing 1/4 tsp. onion powder 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 8 slices bread, toasted Mash eggs with fork in small bowl. Add salad dressing and onion powder. Stir. Add bacon. Stir until well combined.
Divide and spread filling evenly on 4 bread slices.
Top with remaining 4 bread slices.
