Fried Pickles are the best! Enjoy them! You do have to like pickles, though. I've had them several places and they were all pretty much the same. Find a recipe for onion ring batter. A beer batter or a batter not a corn bread batter. A good kind. dip and fry pickles that start out being kind of crunchy or they turn mushy and soft. Not a good experience. Use spears or big slab slices. Sprinkle some fresh parmesian on top and dunk in BBQ, honey mustard, or plain or spicy mustard. Good eats!
