In a heavy pan combine: 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1/4 cup molasses 1/4 cup Karo syrup ½ cup water
Cook to soft ball stage. Add 1/4 pound butte Let melt, and stir in, then pour popped corn.
Tip: I generally use a ½ cube of margarine and add 1 teaspoon vanilla, stirring it into the syrup mixture before pouring.
