I am Canadian from Quebec. Althought I now live in Ontario, I have lived most of my life in Quebec. I know quite a few recipes that are original to my country/region. Even a few posts. Where would one put this in this forum? Would it not be nice to be able to share the recipes that are original to our country/region? Just a tought Micheline

Hi Micheline!
That would be great, however we need to wait till Nancy is back home. Why not email her and ask her just this? As you know, she is in the hospital now and will be there a few more days.

Hi!
Yes, she is in the hospital now for an infection in her leg and toes. She should be out in a day or two? Anyway, she is doing better. She has a message up in one of the top sections she put in on the 30th. That's why there's no newsletters till after then.
Take care!!!!!
Chris

What a wonderfull idea to have a Native section for recipes. I know I have some wonderfull recipes that have been handed down threw time and they are Canadian First Nations ones from the Coast of BC. But regional cooking is also a great idea I would love to see a new section set up just for this type of recipe to be logged on.
