I am not getting my newsletter, why?

There can be several reasons why your newsletter is not arriving to you by email.

1. Your box is too full and the message bounced back as over quota.

Solution: Check to see if you are still a member of the group. (Over the quota bounces will bounce you off the list after three times.) If you are not a member you will need to sign up again.

2. I can't find my newsletter.
If you can't find your newsletter try checking out the bulk mail folder or the spam folder. For some reason some servers don't see the value of the newsletter so it is placed in a separate folder. Call your provider and tell them you subscribed to the newsletter (opted in) and verified you wanted the newsletter. Let them know you expect to see the newsletter in your email.

All your newsletters have come back as refused from your email server. You will need to contact your server and find out why they will not allow it. I have sent it but it has been refused
