It was the Annies Kitchen recipe of the day posted last week sometime. I some how lost it in the bowels of my computer. Please, if anyone has it would appreciate it if you would post it. I have all the ingredients and would love to try it. Just don't remember the amounts or cooking instructions.
I'm sure we all agree that it's best for Nancy to get well and not push herself to hard. Just take it easy and get well.

Hi Dee,
Don't think I still have that one. Hmmmmmm, anyone else print that one off? I can post a different recipe though. Think more are close to the same, aren't they? It is good!
My husband makes a goulosh once in a while, but it isn't the Hungarian type. It's made with browned ground beef and elbow macaroni, tomatoes and onions and a little garlic and baked.

Here it is, gramadee. Annie's Kitchen, Tuesday, April 8, 2003 HUNGARIAN GOULASH 1/2 cup chopped green onions 1 red onion, chopped 1 bell pepper, chopped 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 can tomato paste 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tsp. chili seasoning or Hungarian paprika 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (7 oz.) pkg. rotini pasta Saute onions and bell pepper in oil until tender. Add beef, garlic, chili seasoning or paprika. Cook until beef is browned. Add undrained tomatoes and sauce and add tomato paste to taste starting with half a can. Cook pasta, drain and add to mixture. Cook on medium-high heat 8-10 minutes. Serves 4-6. Archives: groups.yahoo.com/group/annies_kitchen/ -Shortcake

My sincere thanks to Shortcake for sending me the recipe for the Hungarian Goulash. Also, leading me to the archives of Annie's kitchen. Now I know what I'm having for dinner tonite.

The Hungarian Goulash recipe was removed by Nancy Rogers www.nancyskitchen.comFelt that the language included in the recipe was not appropriate for this recipe message board.
