Hi and welcome to Nancy's Kitchen, nielsonjh!
I just got a ceramic top electric stove a couple of months ago and still check in the booklet that came with it occasionally. I don't know if the turbo cooker would hurt it or not, but I wouldn't use one on mine. The tops are sturdy, but do scratch easily, I think. My book says to use flat bottom stainless steel or aluminum only on it.
Would you, please, explain to me what a turbo cooker does and is? Thanks! I have never seen one, but maybe one of our friends here on the board does and knows whether or not it would be advisable to use it on the ceramic top.
Sounds like you are like me, not much counter space!! Wish I could use the stove top, too, but in the book it says not to use it for anything but cooking and to not put anything on it otherwise! Maybe that is your answer? Let me know what you hear, please.
Good luck!
Chris
