CROCKPOT COUNTRY-STYLE POT ROAST
Made with Lipton soup mix, who can resist a scrumptious pot roast.
4 potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces 4 carrots, thinly sliced 2½ cups water 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Beefy Onion Soup Mix 3- to 3½ pound boneless beef pot roast (rump, chuck or round) 2 to 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Place potatoes and carrots in bottom of slow cooker. Mix together water and soup mix and pour over the top. Dredge roast in flour and place into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
