Has anyone ever made cookies by using Splenda instead of sugar, cup for cup? Hubby's sugar has been high but now it is borderline. He has never had problems before but he is on a lot of medication and I don't know if that has been the problem. He needs to cut back on sweets and likes cookies. I have a couple recipes he really likes, peanut butter and peanut butter choco. chip. I cut back on the chips. I was just curious if using all Splenda would work or if I should use the splenda/sugar blend. TIA
