Ingredients ************** 1 lb. potatoes (peeled and grated) 2/3 cup milk 2/3 cup heavy cream 1 small onion (minced) 1 large garlic clove (minced) 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 cup grated Swiss cheese
Procedure ************* Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine all ingredients, but only 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, in a large saucepan; stirring to a boil, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Spread into a buttered 1 1/2 quart gratin dish. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 400 F.
Temperature: 400°<br> Baking Time: 25 minutes.
