Twiced-Baked Sweet Potatoes
4 sweet potatoes - baked & halved 1 small orange - zested & juiced (I personally don't like that must orange zest, so use just a titch.)
2 tablespoons light butter - softened 1/4 cup chopped pecans 2 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves *Can top with some marshamallows too!
Directions: Heat oven to 425 F. degrees. Scoop flesh out of skins. Mash with zest & juice. Pipe into skins. Combine remaining ingredients; press mixture on top of each potato. Bake 5 minutes or until browned.
