Ingredients: 2 pounds broccoli, cut into florets and blanched 2 minutes 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped ½ cup extra virgin olive oil ½ teaspoon EACH fine sea salt and sugar ½ bunch Italian flat-leaf parsley, stems discarded, leaves chopped
Directions: Heat the olive oil in a Large Skillet. Add the blanched broccoli, salt, pepper and sugar and sauté lightly, tossing constantly for 1 minute. Add the garlic, and sauté 1 minute more. Add the parsley, toss and serve.
Serves 8
