This makes the perfect side dish anytime of year! The breadcrumbs give this creamy dish a nice crunch. Enjoy!
Ingredients 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (8-ounce) jar processed cheese spread 3/4 cup uncooked instant rice 3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs 2 teaspoons melted butter Preparation In a bowl combine the broccoli, soup, cheese and rice.
Transfer to a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Toss the breadcrumbs with the butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake covered at 350*F (175*C) for 30 minutes, uncover, and bake another 15 minutes.
