5 or 6 medium potatoes, boiled,peeled and diced 1 can cream of chicken soup 8 oz. sour cream ½ cup chopped onion ½ stick butter 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix soup and sour cream with chopped onion. Pour over the potatoes and mix well. Pour into a casserole dish, cover with cheese and cut butter into pieces on top of cheese. Let this bake at 350º for 30 to 45 min. according to your own oven. You just want the cheese to melt and brown a little.
