1 can corned beef 1 small chopped onion bacon grease(about 1/2 cup) flour(about 1/2 cup) water(about 2 cups)
Place bacon grease in skillet, add the onions and heat well. Crumble in the can of corned beef, and finish breaking up remaining large chunks as it simmers. Add flour, and simmer till dissolved. Add water and simmer for maybe 10 minutes, should be thickened like gravy. Spoon over toast. Very low cost meal. Serve with fried potatoes greenbeans, sliced tomatoes, and cornbread.
