Measure 4 cups thinly sliced, pared, raw potatoes into a 0ne quart casserole. Blend 2 cups of tomato sauce, one medium chopped onion, one finely chopped garli clove,1 1/2 teaspoons salt,one dash pepper, and one teaspoon of paprika. Pour the sauce over the potatoes, stirring lightly. Cover with good fitting lid. Bake in a moderate oven(375) until potatoes are tender, one hour---serves 6.
