2 pounds ground beef 1 medium onion, sliced 1 small bottle of a hickory smoked flavor Bar-B-Q sauce ( like Maul's Sweet and Smokey flavor) 1 scant pinch of red pepper flakes if the flavor is not spicy enough for your taste.
Brown ground beef, onions, and then drain. Add BBQ sauce, and simmer at least 15 minutes. Spoon onto buns and enjoy. My Grandkids like to add mozzarella cheese on top.
