Squaw Corn 4 slices lean bacon 1 (1 lb.) can cream style yellow sweet corn 4 eggs salt and pepper to taste
In heavy frying pan cook bacon slowly until crisp. Place bacon on paper toweling to drain. Remove all but 2 T. of bacon drippings from the skillet. Turn corn into skillet and heat to boiling over a low flame. Beat eggs until well mixed. Turn eggs into skillet. Add crumbled bacon and seasonings. Stir constantly as eggs thicken. Serve while eggs still have a glossy look. This is excellent for the backyard grill or for preparing over a camp fire. Makes 4 servings.
