1 (14 oz.) can salmon or tuna 1 egg 1/2 c. flour 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Drain salmon or tuna. Reserve 1/4 cup of liquid. Put meat into mixing bowl. Break apart well with fork and then add flour and slightly beaten egg. Add pepper if desired. Mix well. Add baking powder to liquid and beat well with a fork until foamy. Pour into salmon mixture and stir until blended. Drop by teaspoon in deep fryer. Brown and drain on towel.
