½ cup RedHot or your favorite cayenne pepper sauce ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter or margarine, or olive oil ¼ cup chili sauce ¼ cup chili powder 4 large sweet onions, cut into ½ inch slices \
Whisk together the hot sauce, butter, chili sauce and chili powder in medium bowl until blended; brush on onion slices. Place onions on grill. Grill over medium-high coals until tender, turning and basting with the chili mixture. Serve warm.
(Preparation Hint: Prepare onions ahead of time, but grill just before serving.)
