Cauliflower Parmigiano
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs 1 head cauliflower separated into equal sized flowerets 1 jar [26 oz] chunky marinara sauce 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Scatter 2 TBS of the crumbs over the bottom of a pammed 11x7" baking dish.
Place half the cauliflower on top,pour 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce over cauliflower.
Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese and remaining 2 TBS crumbs over sauce.
Repeat layering ending with Mozzarella.
Cover with foil.
Bake for 40 min, remove foil, sprinkle top with Parmesan.
Bake another 15 min until Parmesan is golden.
Let stand 15 min before serving.
