Carrot Stick Casserole
2 bunches carrots -- tops removed 1/2 cup water 3 tablespoons butter or ••••••••• 1/2 teaspoon salt
Scrape and cut carrots in half horizontally then into matchstick pieces. Place carrots and water in a
casserole. Sprinkle with salt and dot with the butter.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Taste for seasoning.
