Hi, I am an Australian currently in the USA and desperately need a recipie for a popular Asain Salad we make back home called "Wom Bok Salad" Anyone have a clue what I am talking about I would greatly appreciate it !! TY

1 head Yu Choy Sum [wom bok] washed 1 tablespoon Mustard dried (1 tbs water) 1 tablespoon ginger root - grated fresh 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce 1 To Your Taste salt - pinch 1 pinch Sugar
Preparation Prepare Choy Sum by tearing leaves into shreds and coarsely dicing stalks and any flowers. Steam or boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Drain well. Mix together all other ingredients. Toss with [wom bok] Choy Sum.
Serve alone as a salad or over hot noodles
