Cut pickles crosswise into 1/4 -inch- thick slices. Combine flour, beer, cayenne, paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic salt and hot pepper sauce in a medium mixing bowl. Heat oil to 375. Dip pickle slices into batter. Fry pickles until they float to the surface, 2-4 minutes. Drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
