2 large chicken breasts 4 C Chicken Broth 4 Tbsp Low Carb Ketchup 1 T Hot Sauce 1/2 T Onion Powder 1/4 T Garlic Powder 1 tsp Worchestershire 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp cayenne pepper 2 oz Cream Cheese Add everything except the cream cheese into a pot and boil until chicken is just cooked through. Take out chicken breasts and put in food processor w/ cream cheese. Pulse until chicken is shredded and blended w/ cream cheese. Add back to broth and simmer until thick. Add any vegetables, and cook through.
~4 net carbs per serving (dependent on vegetables), makes 2 servings.
