Take out chicken breasts and put in food processor w/ cream cheese. Pulse until chicken is shredded and blended w/ cream cheese. Add back to broth and simmer until thick. Add any vegetables, and cook through.~4 net carbs per serving (dependent on vegetables), makes 2 servings.
