Low Carb Breakfast of Champions 1 cup crumbled pork rinds 1 ounce Macadamia nuts chopped One packet sweetener (or to taste) Cinnamon to taste 1/4 heavy cream 1/4 cup water
Crumble pork rinds in a cereal bowl, mix in nuts, sprinkle with sweetener and cinnamon.
Add cream mixed with water (half).
