LOW CARB 'EGG NOG' PUDDING Serving Size : 8 1 pkg Jell-o sugar free pudding -- vanilla 4 oz cream cheese -- 125gr softened 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup water 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp rum extract 1/4 tsp ginger
-In a small bowl beat the softened cream cheese until very creamy. -Slowly pour in cream & water & beat until well blended. -Add the vanilla pudding, spices & extract; beat until the pudding powder is dissolved. -Pour into 8 fancy serving dishes,sprinkle with a touch of nutmeg. -Chill well before serving so the flavors of the spices blend in well. -It is higher in carbs but for the holidays it is worth it!!
