Sauerkraut Balls 3-4 lbs. sausage - bulk 1 med. onion Brown. Drain grease 1/2 c. flour
Mix with sausage and onion 1 cup beef bouillion broth
Add to sausage mixture and mix well 6 cups sauerkraut - drained Add to sausage mixture. Refrigerate until cold. Roll into medium balls. Roll in flour and roll again in a mixture of egg and milk batter. Roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry 1 - 2 minutes. Makes 150 to 200 balls depending on their size.
