Hi Nancy, Norma was right on on how to copy and paste a recipe to notepad or word pad..but I take it a little farther.
If you find a recipe on another site (god forbid lol) or from a site with adds..you go ahead and copy and paste on to notepad..get rid of all the add stuff and what not, then to go further..edit and copy to word pad and you can then size it add(some people like to print at 18 since it is easier to read) color or whatever.
Then I have even taken that further and started rellections in different files.
For instance "save in "cookies" or whatever. Then I've put all my seperate files into another folder called "Recipes" That folder went into one called Cooking Stuff" which holds any and all other cooking related articles and notes.
This is going to the extreme I guess but I have about 5,000 recipes that I can turn to whenever I'm in a hurry. I just go to the "Chicken" (or whichever folder) and find one.
Thank You !! and all your readers for all the help and ideas for the past couple of years !! Nancy in Colorado
