This is for Jan who wrote in about what pie filling to make when using leftover gingerbread crumbs. I think that custard, pumpkin, apple or pear (with a ingerbread streusel topping, if you have enough left), or a cream cheese type (baked or unbaked) would all go nicely. Sounds wonderful! Or use the crumbs on top of canned pears or other fruit as an easy dessert. Janey in Maine
