This is for Jan with the gingerbread crumbs. I would think something with
apples would be delicious!

Gingersnap crumbs are delicious as a crust for a pumpkin pie (the ones made with vanilla pudding and cool whip) or for any recipe that calls for a graham cracker crumb crust like a cheesecake.
