This is for Terri Boom. You so kindly said you would share some 'Nesco' recipes (for a cooker). I emailed you twice but haven't heard from you. Hope you get this message and can check your email. I'd love to check your recipes for holiday cooking. Thanks again because I own two of the which includes an Aroma Cooker and would love some tried and true ideas of how you are using them.

Hi Anna. I sent 2 recipes for the nesco oven but, I was not sure if I sent it correctly. I put it in Nancys message board. I also e-mailed Nancy to let me know if anyone got the recipes. Could you please let me know. My e-mail address is TeriBoom@aol.com. I will send you the recipes directly to you if you would like. Thanks Teri

Hi. This is Teri from Shirley with some Nesco recipes. I have plenty more but, I have to know what kind of recipes everyone would like. OK. Here is a Dessert one. RICE PUDDING: 5 Cups of Milk 2 egg yolks(optional) 1/2 cup Long grain rice 1/2 cup of sugar 3 Tbsp. margarine 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp grated orange rind 1 tsp vanilla Fresh raspberries to serve.
Lightly spray Cookwell with spray cooking oil. If egg yolks are added, stir into milk until well blended. Pour milk carefully into preheated Cookwell.
Add remaining ingredients, stir until well mixed. Cover, bake 70 to 75 minutes or until set, stirring every 20 minutes.
Serve with raspberries or fresh seasonal fruit and milk.
Serves 4-6 ENJOY!!!!

Hello and welcome Bill,
I let Nancy know your request and at this point she hasn't answered me. She has been very ill the past 2 months and is just now getting better. I will ask her again. I know she likes hers very much and uses it quite often!

Good morning everyone!
Thanks Lynn! You are correct in that guests cannot message each other on this Board. Only registered members can do that. As Lynn said, though, the very first thread of this forum there is Nancy's Kitchen Patio. Anyone and everyone can stop by to say hello and get to know each other. Hope to see all of you visit us and introduce yourselves!
