Happy Holidays to everyone in Nancy's Kitchenland. I am looking for a quick pie recipe that my children's great-grand mother used to make. She called it Lemon-aid Pie. I can remember a graham cracker crust, frozen lemon-aid concentrate and Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk. The texture was very creamy, but not as firm as cheesecake. This recipe was from the mid to late '70s. Would any of your readers have this recipe? Thanks, Merry
