Wow what timing! This recipe just came out in our local paper last week. This is for Carol in TX. Tomato Jam 8 cup of tomatoes, blended 4 cups sugar 2 (3-ounce boxes) strawberry or raspberry Jell-0 or 6 onces of strawberries or raspberries Cook tomatoes and sugar at a rolling boil for 15 minutes. add boxes of Jello-O, or the berries. Cook at a rolling boil for three minutes. Put in jars, seal with wax and freeze or refrigerate. Robbie
