This is for Shirl in Ohio, who was asking about dipping Ritz crackers in chocolate. You put peanut butter between two crackers and then dip them in almond bark-which you can get in vanilla, butterscotch, or chocolate flavor. You can find it easily during the holiday season, and I find it keeps well during the year. You just melt it following directions on the package and dip your filled crackers in it and place on waxed paper. I think there are mini Ritz already filled with peanut butter that you can use. The "Almond Bark" is also good melted and poured over a package of pretzels and stirred together until all is coated. You can also stir in a can of salted peanuts and that makes a good candy. I'm sure others out there have other recipes for using this. I find it at Wal-Mart under the "Shari" brand. Hope this helps. Connie
