Apparently I goofed as I submitted my father's grape pie recipe using all caps. Let's try it again. Concord Grape Pie 5 cups concord grapes 2 cups sugar 3/4 cup flour 1/4 tsp salt 2 tblsp lemon juice pastry butter Seed grapes. Mix sugar, flour & salt. Add to grapes. Add lemon juice. Let stand while pastry is made. Line pan with pastry. Add grape mixture & dot with butter. Cover with pastry lattice top. Lay a pastry strip around edge of pie & crimp edges. (This pastry "collar" will help hold in the juices.) Bake in very hot oven (450 degrees) 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees & bake 20 to 30 minutes longer. Indy Nancy
