I love this ezine. In reply to Linda who asked for recipes for cakes made with diet soda here are some I have:
Cakes on the lite side
1 box of chocolate cake mix (the kind where you add oil and eggs)
1 can (10 oz) diet cola
Blend dry cake mix with diet cola and bake as directed on the box. Serve with fat free whipped topping.
Also try yellow cake mix with lemon lime diet soda.
