Hi all, I need help. I am looking for a recipe from an old Betty Crocker Cookbook. It was on the last page of casseroles I believe for Tuna Noodle Casserole. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance. Jodi

Hi Jodi, Having learned that "old" is a relative term I am posting this Betty Crocker recipe from a 1984 cookbook. If this is not the recipe you are looking for, can you tell us more about the ingredients you remember? "Tuna-Noodle Casserole" Recipe 8 ounces uncooked egg noodles 2 cans (6-1/2 oz. each) tuna, well drained 1-1/2 cups dairy sour cream 3/4 cup milk 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain. Return noodles to saucepan; stir in tuna, sour cream, milk, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine, sprinkle evenly over tuna mixture. Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly, 35 to 40 minutes. 6 to 8 servings. Enjoy!
