a.. 1 loaf of French bread cut into 1/2 inch thick rounds b.. 1 16 oz. container sour cream c.. 1 package ranch dip mix d.. 2 cucumbers sliced into thin rounds

Spread prepared dip on the bread and top with a cucumber slice.
If you like a little crunch, the bread can be brushed with olive oil (or oil of your choice) and lightly toasted.
